摘 要:采用察尔汗盐湖表层低品位钾矿原矿进行溶矿实验。首先完成了溶矿卤水配方实验,在保证正常溶矿的前提下,获得溶矿后卤水中氯化钾质量分数为1.79%的卤水组成,并测得渗流系数为1.767×10-6m/s。在此基础上建立稳态渗流有限元模型,对不同压头下的渗流过程进行实验和模拟,模拟值与实验值误差不大于4.5%。分析表明,该数值模型不仅适用于对本文所设计的渗流过程进行模拟,而且所测得的渗流系数和有限元数值模型联用可用于察尔汗盐湖表层盐矿大型溶矿实验或生产方案的设计。This work used the surface mine slat in Qarham Salt Lake to do dissolution experiments. The brine formula experiment for dissolution mine salt was finished under keeping brine steady seepage firstly, and the KCl content in product brine was about 1.79%(mass fraction) after dissolution; and the seepage coefficient was obtained as 1.767×10-6m/s. The three-dimensional steady seepage finite element model was build for simulation brine seepage process with different pressure heads,and the simulation values were basically consistent with the experiment data and the maximum difference was not more than4.5%. The analysis showed that the model and seepage coefficient were suitable for the dissolution process simulation of Qarham surface salt mine and could be use to design local dissolution experiment or production plan.
