摘 要:采用Zetasizer Nano S90型激光粒度分析仪对纳米硫酸钡的粒度进行了测定条件研究,首先考察了超声时间对粒度测定结果的影响。在此基础上,考察了分散剂、分散剂浓度、分散介质及纳米硫酸钡固含量等因素对粒度测定的影响,从而确定了测定纳米硫酸钡粒度的最佳条件,即在超声分散15 min,选用质量浓度为1 g/L的六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,蒸馏水作分散介质,纳米硫酸钡质量浓度为0.35 g/L时,激光粒度仪测得的结果与扫描电镜表征结果基本一致。The research has been made on the determination conditions of particle size of nano-sized BaSO4 by Zetasizer Nano S90 laser grainsize analyzer.The influence of ultrasonic time on determination result was firstly studied.On the basis of that,the effects of dispersants,concentration of dispersant,dispersion medium,and content of nano-sized BaSO4 solution on particle size determination were investigated,thus the optimum determination conditions were obtained as follows:the ultrasonic dispersing time was 15 min,sodium hexametaphosphate with mass concentration of 1 g/L as the dispersant,dispersion medium was distilled water,and the mass concentration of nano-sized BaSO4 solution was 0.35 g/L.The measured results of laser grainsize analyzer were basically in correspondence with the characterization results of scanning electron microscopy.
