摘 要:研究采用水泥固化法处理氯化法工艺制备四氯化钛过程中产生的氯化残渣,通过条件实验较系统研究了养护时间、粉煤灰配入量、硅灰配入量和氯化残渣配入量对有害成分渗出率的影响。通过单因素实验,确定最佳工艺条件:养护时间40 d左右,粉煤灰、硅微粉、氯化残渣的配入量(质量分数,下同)分别约为20%、10%和10%。通过正交实验,得到最优固化氯化残渣配方,即粉煤灰、硅微粉、氯化残渣的配入量分别为20%、8%和8%。3者配入量对固化效果影响大小依次为:氯化残渣>硅微粉>粉煤灰。A certain amount of chlorinated residue was produced in the titanium tetrachloride production process by chlorination technology.This research adopted the cement solidification method to deal with chlorinated residue.Through systematical condition experiment,the influences of curing time,and mixed amounts of fly ash,silica fume,and chlorinated residue on leakage rates of harmful components were investigated.The single factor experiment showed that the optimal experimental conditions were as follows:40 d of curing time;mixed amounts of fly ash,silicon powder,and chlorinated residue were about20%,10%,and 10%(mass fraction,same below),respectively. Through the orthogonal experiment the optimal chlorinated residue curing formula was obtained: fly ash of 20%,silicon powder of 8%, and chlorinated residue of 8%.The curing effect order of the three mixed amounts was as follows: chlorinated residue〉 silicon powder〉fly ash.
