摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者并发导管相关性感染实施药学监护的意义。方法分析1例血液透析患者长期导管并发感染皮氏罗尔斯顿菌的临床特点、全程静脉用药、局部封管治疗经过及疗效。结果本次药学监护取得了明显效果,提高了药物治疗水平。结论临床药师通过对血液透析患者并发导管相关性感染实施药学监护,协助临床医师为患者制定合理的治疗方案,确保患者获得安全、有效的治疗。Objective To determine the significance of pharmaceutical care for patients with hemodialysis catheter-related infections.Methods We analyzed 1 patient with infected Petri Ralston bacteria as to indicators like clinical features,full intravenous medication,topical sealed tube treatment and the efficacy.Results The pharmaceutical care remarkably improved drug treatment.Conclusion Pharmaceutical care for patients with hemodialysis catheter-related infections may help clinicians develop a reasonable treatment plan for patients,and ensure safe and effective treatment.
