摘　　要：目的研究不同体质量指数(BMI)女生心肺功能发育水平,为青春期女生生长发育测评与健康促进提供参考。方法在北京市某中学初一年级女生中,依照儿童青少年BMI分类标准和WHO年龄别BMI筛查体重不足界值点,筛选出肥胖学生25名,超重学生29名,体重不足学生15名,随机抽取正常学生64名。通过在功率车上进行逐级递增负荷运动实验评价心肺功能水平。结果肥胖组安静收缩压(SBP)高于正常组(P<0.01),肥胖组和体重不足组运动持续时间显著低于正常组(P<0.01),肥胖组最大摄氧量相对值(VO2max,最大摄氧量/体重)显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。控制年龄后,女生的VO2max/BW与体重、体表面积和BMI呈负相关(r值分别为-0.359,-0.357,-0.343,P值均<0.05)。结论初一年级超重、肥胖女生心肺功能显著低于体重正常者。体重不足女生的有氧耐力较弱,有氧运动耐受时间短,心脏功能较弱。Objective To study the difference of cardio-respiratory function（CRF） of girls with different Body Mass Index（BMI） and discuss the relation between adolescent physical development and cardio-respiratory function development.Methods According to WGOC,133 healthy junior school girls from some middle school in Beijing were divided into four groups：Obese group（25）,overweight group（29）,underweight group（15） and normal group（64）.They were asked to do the graded exercise test on ergometric cycle ergometer.Their CRF＇s responses were recorded and analyzed.Results Rest SBP of obese group was significantly higher than normal group（P〈0.01）;the time duration of movement of the obese group and the underweight group was significantly lower than the normal group（P 〈 0.01）;VO2max /BW of the obese group was significantly lower than the normal group（P 〈0.01）.With age under control,there was a negative correlation between VO2max /BW and BMI,body weight,surface area（correlation indexes：-0.359,-0.357 and 0.343,P = 0.000）.Conclusion Overweight,obese and underweight girls＇ CRF levels are lower than normal girls.Underweight girls have weak aerobic endurance,short aerobic exercise endurance time and weak cardiac function.
