摘  要:目的探究大学生人文素质与幸福感的关系,为将积极心理学理念引入到大学生人文素质教育中打下基础。方法采用自编大学生人文素质问卷和幸福感指数量表对整群抽取的广州市6所高校的1 015名大学生进行调查,使用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果大学生人文素质得分为(78.64±6.95)分,幸福感指数得分为(10.41±2.24)分,幸福感水平中等偏上。在人文素质得分上,女生高于男生(t=-2.937,P<0.05),少数民族大学生高于汉族学生(t=-10.851,P<0.01),医学生低于其他专业学生(F=18.520,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。在幸福感得分上,少数民族大学生高于汉族学生(t=-5.980,P<0.01),医学和文科大学生低于农学和理工科大学生(F=4.987,P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。大学生人文素质水平与幸福感显著正相关(r=0.331,P<0.01)。结论人文素质高的大学生可能会有较高的幸福感,幸福感的提升也会提升人文素质水平。Objective To investigate humanistic quality level of college students and explore the relationship between humanistic quality and Subjective Well-Being(SWB),in order to introduce the concept of positive psychology to the Humanistic Education.Methods College Students' Humanistic Quality Questionnaire and Index of Well-Being Questionnaire were used to investigate 1 015 college students.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was utilized for data analysis.Results College students' humanistic quality average score was 78.64 ± 6.95,well-being index average score was 10.41 ± 2.24,which was in upper-middle level compared with normal population.About the humanistic quality score,girls' scores were higher than boys' scores(t =-2.937,P〈 0.05),and minority students' scores were higher than Han students' scores(t =-10.851,P 〈 0.01),humanistic quality scores of medical students were significantly lower than students from other disciplines(F = 18.520,P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in subjective well-being in gender.Minority students had better subjective well-being than Han students(t = 10.851,P 〈 0.01).College students' humanistic quality was positively associated with their subjective well-being(r = 0.331,P 〈 0.01).Conclusion College students with high humanistic quality level may have a higher SWB,while improving SWB may also contribute to the enhancement of humanistic quality level.
