重庆市母婴保健卫生人力资源现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市母婴保健卫生人力资源现状,为进一步做好母婴保健工作提供参考。方法:采用现场调查方法,对重庆市10个区(县)的医疗机构开展母婴保健技术服务的情况进行调查,掌握母婴保健人力资源状况,并进行统计学分析。结果 :重庆市整体母婴保健卫生人员年龄结构、学历情况和职称情况较合理,但是在地域和各级医院之间的差别很大,不同学历的母婴保健卫生人员在各级医院的分布存在显著差异(P<0.001),母婴保健人员在各区(县)的分布上存在显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:调整母婴保健卫生人力资源的分布,适当增加护理人员、婚前医学检查人员、产前诊断人员和遗传病诊断人员的数量,提高地域公平性。Objective： To understand the current situation of health human resource of maternal and infantile health care in Chongqing city, provide reference for further conducting maternal and infantile health care work. Methods： Field investigation was performed to survey maternal and infantile health care technical services in ten districts （counties） of Chongqing city, health human resource of maternal and infantile health care was analyzed statistically. Results： Age structure, educational experience and academic title of maternal and infantile health care staff in Chongqing city are reasonable totally, but the differences among different districts （counties） and hospitals at all levels were significant, there was statistically significant difference in the distributions of maternal and infantile health care staff with different educational levels among hospitals at all levels （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, there was statistically significant difference in the distribution of materhal and infantile health care staff among different districts （counties） （P 〈 0. 001 ） . Conclusion： The distributionof maternal and infantile health care staff should be adjusted, the numbers of staff for nursing, premarital medical examination, prenatal diagnosis and genetic diseases diagnosis should be enlarged moderately, and the areal equity should be improved.
