2003～2012年广西壮族自治区孕产妇保健工作质量综合评价分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对2003-2012年广西壮族自治区孕产妇保健工作质量进行综合评价,寻找薄弱环节,为加强孕产妇保健工作提供依据。方法：选取《中国卫生和计划生育统计年鉴（2003-2012年）》中关于孕产妇保健情况的相关数据,采用密切值法对2003-2012年广西壮族自治区孕产妇保健工作多项指标进行纵向和横向的综合评价分析。结果：密切值法纵向评价中,2003-2012年广西壮族自治区孕产妇保健工作质量逐年提高,2012年孕产妇保健工作评价最优,密切值为0.000,2003年孕产妇保健工作评价最差,密切值为8.606。密切值法横向评价中,全国31个省市的孕产妇保健工作质量存在地区差异,广西孕产妇保健工作仍有较大的改善空间。结论：各级政府部门应采取综合干预措施改善妇幼保健服务和提高孕产妇生命质量。Objective： To comprehensively evaluate the quality of maternal health care in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2003 to 2012, find the weak links, provide a basis for strengthening maternal health care. Methods： The data about maternal health care were selected from China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook 2003 -2012, osculation value method was used to evaluate and analyze the indicators of maternal health care in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2003 to 2012 horizontally and longitudinally. Results： In the longitudinal evaluation of osculation value method, the quality of maternal health care improved year by year from 2003 to 2012, the quality of maternal health care in 2012 was the best, the osculation value was 0. 000; the quality of maternal health care in 2003 was the worst, the osculation value was 8. 606. In the horizontal evaluation of osculation value method, there was areal variation in quality of maternal health care among 31 provinces ; for the quality of maternal health care in Guangxi, there was still room for improvement. Conclusion： Government departments at all levels should take all comprehensive intervention measures to further improve maternal health care services and maternal quality of life.
