头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗妇产科感染患者的安全性与有效性评价

摘　　要：目的了解妇产科感染患者采取注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗的安全性及有效性,并为该病的临床治疗积累经验。方法选取2010年3月-2013年3月收治的80例妇产科重度感染患者,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分别设为研究组和对照组,每组各40例;其中对照组给予头孢他啶治疗,研究组给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效及细菌清除率,数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行分析。结果研究组临床总有效率为90.0%,对照组为75.0%;研究组细菌清除率为82.9%,对照组为61.7%;药物不良反应发生率研究组为5.0%,对照组为7.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科感染患者采取注射用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗可提高抗感染能力,且药物安全性高,取得较为满意的临床效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety and efficacy of cefoperazone/sulbactam for injection for treatment of patients with infections in the department of obstetrics and gynecology for the accumulation of experience of the clinical treatment of the disease. METHODS Totally 80 patients with severe infections in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital during Mar. 2010-Mar. 2013 were selected and were divided into the study group and the control group using the method of random digits table, each group of 40 cases. The control group received ceftazidime treatment, the study group were treated with cefoperazone/sulbactam. Two groups were com- pared for clinical efficacy and bacterial clearance rate. Data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 software. RESULTS The total clinical effective rate, the bacterial clearance rate, and the incidence of adversg reactions was 90%, 82.9%, 5.0% in the study group, and 75%, 61.7%, 7.5% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The treatment with eefoperazone/sulbactam for injection can improve the resistance to infection for patients with infections in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, and the drug safety is good, the treatment can achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
