皮肤外洗剂预防痔瘘术后感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析皮肤外洗剂在预防痔瘘手术后感染的作用及效果,为临床资料提供参考依据。方法选取医院2009年6月-2012年6月217例接受手术治疗的痔瘘患者,按照随机数字表分为109例观察组及108例对照组患者,分别接受皮肤外洗剂和马应龙麝香痔疮膏行预防性治疗,对比其术后感染率、疗效,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果观察组有1例术后发生切口感染,感染率0.92%,对照组有4例术后发生切口感染,感染率3.70%;观察组显效68例、有效41例,总有效率100.0%,对照组显效37例、有效51例,总有效率81.5%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论皮肤外洗剂可清热燥湿、活血消肿,从而有效预防痔瘘手术后感染,且能够提高手术的疗效,其效果及安全性均较高,易于被患者接受,值得临床广泛推广。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of skin lotion in preventing the infections after hemorrhoid, so as to provide the basis for clinic. METHODS A total of 217 cases in our hospital from Jun. 2009 to Jun. 2012 accepted operation treatment for anal fistula, who were randomly divided into 109 cases of the ohservation group and 108 patients in control group, treated with skin lotion and Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment for preventive treatment, and the postoperative infection rate, efficacy and urine condition were compared. SPSS13.0 software was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS Totally 1 case was infected in observed group, infection rate 0.92%, including 1 case of incision infection, infection control group appeared in 4 cases, infection rate 3.70 % ; In observation group, 68 cases were markedly effective, effective in 41 cases, the total efficiency of 100%, the control group was 37 cases, effective in 51 cases, total effective rate 81.5%, total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. CONCLUSION Skin lotion can promote skin vascular smooth, eliminate swelling, thus effectively preventing hemorrhoid postoperative infection, and can improve the operation effect. Its effect and safety is high, easy to be accepted by patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
