摘　　要：通过运用理论研究方法,结合大数据和云计算的时代背景,分析了构建官产学研竞争情报战略联盟的动因,界定了官产学研竞争情报战略联盟的内涵,构建了官产学研部分情报战略联盟模型,探讨了官产学研竞争情报战略联盟的运作机理,提出了官产学研竞争情报战略联盟的相关建议,并分析了微软构建官产学研竞争情报战略联盟的基本措施。Integrating with the time background of big data and cloud computing, this paper uses the theoretical research method to analyze the motivations of building the strategic alliance of competitive intelligence based on government-industry-university-institute. Then, the paper defines the concept of the strategic alliance of competitive intelligence based on government-industry-university-institute, constructs the model of the strategic alliance of competitive intelligence based on government-industry-university-institute, as well as discusses its operating mechanism. Finally, the paper puts forward some related suggestions of the strategic alliance of competitive intelligence based on government-industry-university-institute, and analyzes the basic measures of Microsoft in the construction of the strategic alliance of competitive intelligence based on government-industry-university-institute.
