野战医疗所医护一体化模式效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨实施分组医护一体化模式在野战医疗所应对训练中的做法与成效。方法采用人员分组、组与组之间相互交叉训练、医师和护士形成相对固定的诊疗团队共同参与的做法,采取医护共同交接班、共同查房及病例讨论、共同管理伤病员的简化工作流程,使分组医护一体化的工作模式贯穿于野战医疗所收治战伤病员训练的全过程。结果野战医疗所实施分组医护一体化模式后,沟通效果与救护质量均得到提高,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施分组医护一体化工作模式在野战医疗所应对训练中是安全有效的、值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of doctor-nurse unity work mode in the field hospital.Methods All doctors and nurses were divided into different groups.The doctors and the nurses in every group were invariant.All members in the same group must participate in the procedure of diagnosis,case consultation and therapy together.Results The application of doctor-nurse unity work mode has improved the effect and quality of medical treatments in the field hospital（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of doctor-nurse unity work mode is safe and of many advantages in field hospital management.
