摘　　要：医院着眼"保健康、保打赢、保战斗力"的职能使命,强化"训为用、练为战"意识,主动转型,探索建立以需求为导向、以应对多种安全威胁的卫勤保障能力与平时医疗救治能力同步提升的训练模式,从根本上提高综合训练效益,加快转变战斗力生成模式步伐。Focusing on＂guarantee the health,guarantee to win the battle,guarantee to keep the battle effectiveness＂mission,the ＂training for the use,training for war＂consciousness was strengthened,and demand-orientedtransformation of medical support training mode was explored,thus to improve the capability to respond to various security threats and the usual medical care capacity,at the same time,to improve the training benefit and accelerate the transformation of the mode of generating combat capabilities.
