摘　　要：目的探讨危重病抢救规范化培训对于提高文职人员急救技能的效果。方法利用重症医学平台,制定培训计划,分批次对本院25名文职人员进行为期2个月的全脱产危重病抢救培训;培训前后分别对受训学员进行急救理论与急救技术操作的考核,并采用自制问卷调查培训效果。结果 25名文职人员全部完成培训和考核,培训后学员的急救理论成绩明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后学员的操作成绩(气管插管、气管切开、深静脉置管、动脉置管、呼吸机、除颤仪)明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,受训学员普遍认为培训能提高自身的综合能力、抢救能力及团队协作精神。结论利用重症医学平台,对文职人员进行危重病抢救规范化培训有效可行,有利于提升医疗队整体的卫勤保障能力,值得推广。Objective The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of standardized training of critical illness rescuing on improving emergency service ability of inactive civilian staff.Methods Training programs were established beforehand,then 25 inactive civilian staffs in the hospital received two months＇ standardized training of critical illness rescuing.Before and after training,the theoretical knowledgeand technical operation examination of emergency illness rescuing were implemented respectively,and homemade questionnaires were used to assess the training effect.Result All 25 inactive civilian staffs completed training and assessment.After training,the theoretical scores were significantly better than that before training（P 0.05）,the technical operation sore which includes trachealcannula,tracheotomy,deepvenous catheterization,arterial catheterization,ventilator and defibrillator is significantly better than that before training（P 0.05）.The results indicated that trainees generally considered that this program has significantly enhanced their comprehensive ability,rescueability and teamwork ability.Conclusion Standardized training of criticalillness rescuing on inactive civilian staff can enhance the supportability of medical team.
