摘　　要：建立了用顶空-气相色谱／质谱法同时测定涂层中21种溶剂残留量的方法。将1g样品放入顶空瓶，加入三乙酸甘油酯至10mL，进行顶空-气相色谱／质谱法分析。用HP-INNOWax柱进行分离，选择离子监测模式测定。21种目标物的测定低限为1．0—10mg／kg。加标回收率在82．3％-106％之间，相对标准偏差在2．62％-4．86％之间。A method for the determination of 21 residue solvents in coating by headspace-GC-MS was established, 1 g of the sample was put in a headspace vial and glycerol triacetate was added and the total volumn was adjusted to 10 mL. HP- INNOWax capillary column was used for separation, and selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination. Limit of determinations were between 1.0 - 10 mg/kg, with the recovery between 82. 3% - 106%, and RSD between 2.62% - 4. 86%.
