摘　　要：呼吸系统疾病是最常见的疾病之一,发病率高,病情易缠绵反复,社会经济负担重,已成为一个重要的社会公共卫生问题。因此对其认识的探讨具有重要的现实意义。通过学习中医经典著作,阐述了肺系疾病的病因(外感、内伤、饮食、劳逸、疫疗)、病机特点(外邪犯肺、实邪壅肺、瘀血阻肺、久病伤正)及六大治疗大法(发汗解表、通腑泄热、温药和之、辛寒清气、温补肺胃、补肺益肾),旨在进一步探讨其证治规律,提高中医药防治肺系疾病的整体水平。Respiratory disease is one of the most common diseases. With high incidence and recurrence, it can lead to a social and economic burden and has become important social and public health problems. The understanding of lung diseases has important practical meanings. Through the study of TCM classics ,this article explains the causes of lung diseases （ exopathy, emotional strains, improper diet, sexual excess, pestilence）, pathogenesis characteristics （ lung, spleen and kid- ney dysfunction, collaterals invaded by prolonged illness） and six treatment methods （ perspiration, purging Fu - organs to eliminate heat, making it harmonious with warm - natured drugs, clearing heat with pungent and cool - natured drugs, tonifying lung and stomach, invigorating lung and kidney）. This paper aims to explore the rule of syndrome and treatments. And then we can improve the overall level of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of lung diseases.
