摘 要:目的:比较乌头各部位生品和炮制品水煎液中生物碱类成分,研究炮制对乌头各部位水煎液中生物碱类成分的影响。方法:以滴定法测定总生物碱的含量,高效液相色谱法测定3种双酯型生物碱和2种单酯型生物碱的含量。结果:母根制川乌水煎液中总生物碱含量降低,为母根生品水煎液的68.24%。母根制川乌水煎液中两种单酯型生物碱含量降低,约为母根生品水煎液的46.63%。白附片、黑顺片水煎液中总生物碱含量都降低,分别为生品的12.20%、8.71%,白附片、黑顺片炮制后水煎液两种单酯型生物碱含量降低,分别为生品的4.40%、2.93%。结论:炮制对乌头不同部位水煎液中生物碱的影响较大,其中对川乌水煎液中生物碱的影响要小于附子。Objective:To compare the contents of alkaloids in raw material of different parts of Aconitum carmichaeli with the contents in processed product and to study the influence of the processing on the contents of alkaloids in the water decoction of each part of Aconitum carmichaeli. Method: Titration method was used to determine the content of total alka- loids. HPLC was used to determine the content of three kinds of diester alkaloids and two kinds of single ester type alka- loids. Result : The content of total alkaloids in the water decoction of the Radix Aconiti Praeparata produced from the parent root was decreased to 68.24% in the raw parent root. The content of two kinds of single ester type alkaloids in the water decoction of the Radix Aconiti Praeparata produced from the parent root was decreased to 46.63% in the raw parent root. The content of total alkaloids in the water decoction of Chinese Pharmacopoeia of white slice and black slice was decreased to 12.20% and 8.71% in the raw material respectively. The content of two kinds of single ester type alkaloids in the wa- ter decoction of Chinese Pharmacopoeia of white slice and black slice was decreased to 4.40% and 2.93% in the raw ma- terial respectively. Conclusion : Differencing processing method has a great influence on the contents of alkaloids in the wa- ter decoction of different parts of Aconitum carmichaeli. Processing has a greater influence on the contents of alkaloids in the water decoction of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata than Aconiti Radix.
