三部推拿法对椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕模型家兔的干预作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三部推拿法对椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕模型动物的干预作用,为三部推拿法治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕提供实验依据。方法:将32只健康家兔(不分雌雄)完全随机分成生理盐水组、模型对照组、三部推拿法组和传统推拿法组4组,采用眼震电图(ENG)、超声多普勒(TCD)检查,比较治疗前后椎-基底动脉、小脑后下动脉血流速度及眼震持续时间的变化。结果:三部推拿法组和传统推拿法组均能改善椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕模型家兔的椎-基底动脉、小脑后下动脉血流速度及眼震持续时间(P<0.05,P<0.01);三部推拿法组与传统推拿法组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:三部推拿法对改善椎-基底动脉、小脑后下动脉的供血及眼震持续时间,其作用优于传统推拿法。Objective：Animal experiment was taken to observe the possible mechanism and to provide the experimental basis for the therapy. Method ： In animal experiment, 32 healthy rabbits （ male or female） were randomly divided into four groups：the physiological saline group, the model control group, three- step manipulation group and traditional massage group. Each group separately inspected electronystagmography （ENG） and supersonic Doppler （ TCD）, and analyzed the changes after the check -up. Result ：The experimental study displayed that after the model was established, rabbits had many changes in their behavior. The two therapies can improve the flow velocity of the basilar artery and posterior inferior cerebral artery ,and improve the duration of nystagmus with a statistical significance. The group of rabbits who were treated by three - step Tuina manipulation had a statistical significance compared with the rest of the three groups. Conclusion：Three - step Tuina manipulation can improve the blood supply of the basilar artery and posterior inferior cerebral artery, and increase the duration of nystagmus. The therapy has obvious effects to reduce the degree of vertigo and the duration of vertigo.
