温病“清透法”探微

摘　　要：清透法,即清热透邪,是针对温病是由于外感温邪引起的,以发热为主症,发病过程中始终存在着"热郁"这一病机特点而确立的治疗温病的基本祛邪大法。清透法用药以性寒凉、味苦辛、质地轻、气芳香为其特点。其作用则是多方面的,既有针对病变原因的,也有针对病变环节的,更有针对机体防御机能的。其作用的多环节、多因素既显示了中医辨证论治的特点,也更加显示了该法在温病治疗中的重要性。Qingtou method is a basic method to eliminate pathogenic factors based on the epidemic febrile disease＇s characters ： caused by the warm pathogens. The main symptom is fever and the character of pathogenes is heat depression. The medicine composes principle of Qingtou method ： the nature of medicines is cold, bitter and the texture is light and the smell is aromatic. The function of Qingtou method is in many aspects, such as the reasons and the links of disease and the body＇s defend functions. And this indicates the characters of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the importance of this treatment method in epidemic febrile disease.
