甘麦大枣汤对围绝经期综合征患者神经内分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察分析围绝经期综合征患者应用甘麦大枣汤对其神经内分泌功能的影响。方法:选取58例围绝经期综合征患者为观察组,给予甘麦大枣汤治疗,选取同期40例围绝经期综合征患者为对照组,给予尼尔雌醇片治疗,对比观察两组一般资料、临床症状、神经内分泌功能及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗3个月后观察组在失眠、潮热、心悸、盗汗、情绪失控、关节疼痛、阴道干痛方面症状评分均低于对照组,治疗后观察组卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平控制优于对照组,治疗后观察组在情绪角色、躯体功能、躯体疼痛方面改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘麦大枣汤能够有效的改善围绝经期综合征患者神经内分泌功能,有效解除其临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe and analyze perimenopausal Ganmai Dazao effect on neuroendocrine function in patients with syndrome. Methods ： 58 cases of perimenopausal syndrome patients in the observation group, given Ganmai Dazao treatment,40 cases of the same period of perimenopausal syndrome patients in the control group, the treatment given nylestriol tablet, compared to two general observations data, clinical symptoms, neuroendocrine function and quality of life improved. Results ： After 3 months of treatment in the observation group insomnia, hot flashes, palpitations, sweating, feeling out of control ,joint pain, vaginal dryness painful aspects of symptom scores were lower than the control group, the observation group after treatment, follicle - stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels optimal control in the control group, the treatment group was observed in the role emotional, physical functioning, bodily pain than the control group in improving （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Ganmai Dazao can effectively improve perimenopausal syndrome in patients with neuroendocrine function effectively relieve their symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
