摘　　要：S-101是基于通用海道测量数据模型(S-100)建立的新一代电子海图产品规范,遵循了S-100规定的产品规范建立原则和方法,实现了对电子海图(ENC)特定应用的准确技术描述。在分析了当前ENC数据标准S-57存在的不足的基础之上,从数据结构、空间模式以及数据内容三个方面阐述了新一代ENC标准S-101的优点,并与S-57进行了深度对比分析。S--101 is a new ENC product specification based on the S--100 universal hydrographic data model, which followed the establishment principles and methods specified by S-100_Part 11 Product Specification and realized an precise technical description for the specific application.In this article,a comprehensive analyze of the advantages of this new product specification standard have been discussed from three aspects such as data structure,spatial schema and data content with a comparison of the disadvantages of S--57.
