摘  要:为了挖掘粉煤灰更深广的利用价值,以粉煤灰为主要原料,将粉煤灰与其他物质进行混合,采用热化学反应法在Q235钢表面制备了玻璃/陶瓷复合涂层。利用XRD、SEM分别研究了复合涂层的物相组成及截面形貌,并采用腐蚀磨损试验机测试了涂层的耐腐蚀磨损性能。结果表明:热固化后的复合涂层中有Ca2Al2SiO7,FeAl13,Mg3(PO4)2等新相产生;在200,300,400 r/min转速下腐蚀磨损150 min后,复合涂层的腐蚀磨损性能相对基体分别提高2.62,2.12,1.26倍。Fly ash as the major raw material was mixed with other substances to prepare glass-ceramic composite coatings on the surface of Q235 steel by thermal chemical reaction method.The phase composition and cross- section morphology of as-fabricated composite coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy;and their corrosive wear behavior was evaluated with a corrosive friction and wear tester.Results showed new phases including Ca_2Al_2SiO_7,FeAl_(13) and Mg_3(PO_4)_2 were generated within the ceramic coatings which were cured at elevated temperature.After 150 min of corrosive friction and wear test under a rotary speed of 200,300,400 r/min,the as- fabricated composite coatings exhibited much better corrosive wear resistance than the steel substrate(their corrosive wear resistant ability was increased by 2.62 times,2.12 times and 1.26 times,respectively).
