摘 要:针对大型城市水源系统规模庞大且结构复杂、调度管理工作繁琐、调度决策计算量大等问题,通过开发城市水源的调度管理与决策支持系统,提高城市水源调度管理科学技术水平,是强化城市供水安全保障的有效途径。以深圳市的原水调度系统设计开发为例,分析城市水源调度管理系统的业务需求,设计系统的功能结构体系,开发系统功能模块,阐述了系统开发中实时监视模块、水厂需水量预测模块和水源调度模型设计等核心模块的设计思路,最后介绍系统在深圳水源调度中的应用。本文研究为我国城市水资源管理与水源调度管理系统的建设提供技术支撑与方法储备。Developing urban water resources scheduling management and decision-making support system to improve scientific and technological level of urban water resources scheduling management is an effective way to strengthen the urban water supply safety control so as to tackle such problems in urban water resources system as large-scale and complex structure, complicated scheduling management and large scheduling decision-making calculations. This paper, by taking the designing and development of raw water scheduling systems in Shenzhen City as an example, analyzes operation demands of the urban water scheduling management systems, designs the function structure system of the system, develops function modules of the system, describes the designing thought of key modules in the system developments such as real-time monitoring modules, waterwork water demand forecasting module and water resources scheduling model, and finally introduces the application of the system in Shenzhen water resources scheduling. This study provides technical support and backup methods for the construction of urban water resources management and water resources sched- uling management systems in China.
