摘  要:双吸离心泵压力脉动是影响水泵机组运行稳定性的关键因素之一。为研究交错叶片叶轮对双吸离心泵蜗壳内压力脉动的影响,基于RNGk-ε模型,采用SIMPLE算法和滑移网格技术对3种方案的叶轮进行三维非定常湍流流场数值计算,并对离心泵蜗壳内部监测点压力脉动进行时域和频域分析,得到双吸泵蜗壳内的压力脉动分布规律。结果表明:三种叶片布置形式的离心泵蜗壳内压力值均呈现明显的周期性,交错后的叶轮对改善蜗壳内压力脉动有明显的影响,方案3中叶轮蜗壳内压力脉动幅值降低最大,较方案1最大可降低81.86%,以及高频脉动成分最少,方案3的叶轮叶频为对称布置叶轮的两倍。The pressure fluctuations in double-suction centrifugal pumps caused by internal flow are the primary sources of operation instability. In order to investigate the effect of double-entry pumps with volute casing pressure pulsation with staggered arrangement blades, based on the standard turbulent κ-ε model and SIMPLE(; algorithm in a low-speed centrifugal pump. The 3D unsteady flow in the centrifugal pumps with three impeller configurations is numerically simulated. The time domain and frequency domain of volute casing and monitoring points in the casing are analyzed. The results show that the volute casing pressure values of three kinds of blade types in the form of a centrifugal pump show a clear periodicity. Staggered impellers has improved pressure pulsations perform- ance in volute casing. The pressure pulsations amplitude of the third program decrease to 81.86% compared with that of symmetrical impellers. Domain frequency of the third program doubles that of the symmetrical impeller.
