摘  要:为明确芦笋杂交种新品系浙丰121F1的农艺特性,以Grande F1和UC157 F2为对照,于2008—2011年在浙江新昌进行4a的田间品比试验.后3a在大棚避雨栽培条件下测定绿芦笋产量等9个相关性状和指标。试验结果表明,商品笋的3a平均产量,浙丰121 F1、Grande F1和UC157 F2分别为25459.52、22775.13、16292.13kg/hm2,浙丰121 F1比Grande F1与UC157 F2分别增产11.79%和56.27%,且浙丰121 F1产量呈现逐年增高的趋势,其第三年商品笋产量比Grande F1增加24.49%,达极显著水平。同时,初步测定了嫩茎中含黄酮、芦丁、总酚和芦笋皂苷等保健成分指标,浙丰121 F1好于Grande F1,增幅15.61%~32.19%。田间茎枯病的发生程度,浙丰121 F1与Grande F1相仿,属中等感病,但UC157 F1高度感病。For estimating agronomic traits of the new asparagus hybrid Zhefeng 121 F~, we carried out the cuhivar comparative test in Xinchang county of Zhejiang province from 2008 to 2011, and took two cultivars Grande F1 and UCI57 F2 as control. We measured nine agronomic traits in plastic greenhouse from 2009 to 2011. The results showed that the average marketable spear yields of Zhefeng 121 F1, Grande Fi and UC157 F2 were 25 459.52, 22 775.13 and 16 292.13 kg/hm2 in the three years, respectively, and the yield of Zhefeng 121 F1 increased by 11.79% and 56.53% compared with the control cuhivars Grande F1 and UC157 F2. The marketable spear yield of Zhefeng 121 F1 in the third harvesting year (2011) was extremely significantly increased by 24.49% (p=0.01) compared with cultivar Grande Ft. We measured the contents of flavonoid, rutin, total phenols and saponins of the young spears in the second harvesting year (2010), and the results showed that the four contents of Zhefeng 121 F1 were significantly higher than those of Grande FI, with the increasing rate of 15.61%-32.19%. Additionally, both Zhefeng 121 F1 and Grande F1 were moderately susceptible to stem blight, but UC157 F2 was highly susceptible.
