摘　　要：介绍了美国社会物流成本的构成及其计算特征,比较了中美两国物流成本计算的差异,最后提出了几点美国物流成本计算对我国物流成本优化的启示。In this paper, we introduced the composition of the social logistics cost of America and the characteristics for its calculation,compared the difference in this process between America and China, and at the end, pointed out the enlightenment for us.
