摘  要:使用主动冷却技术降低化学氧碘激光器(COIL)尾气的温度,是提高引射式压力恢复系统引射效率的一项关键技术。采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法,得出了满足技术指标要求的冷却器系统设计参数,并研制了一套以管翅式热交换器、液氮循环汽化提供制冷量的COIL尾气主动冷却试验装置。与激光器的对接试验结果表明,在COIL出光60s试验中,热交换器可以使尾气温度从590K降低到160K,出口截面温度不均匀度小于21K,经过热交换器的气流总压损失小于100Pa。Improving the ejector efficiency is a key technique in the research of ejector-type pressure recovery system (PRS) of COIl., and the goal could be achieved using active cooling technique which would reduce the exhaust gas temperature. Based on the design parameters gained by theoretic and numerical calculations, a cooling equipment with finned tube heat exchanger is man- uIactured, which uses liquid nitrogen as refrigerant. Final experimental results show that the exhaust gas temperature could he re- duce from 590 K to 160 K in the experiment lasting for 60 s, and the temperature un uniformity could be controlled within 21 K at the exit section of the heat exchanger, and the total pressure loss of the heat exchanger is less than 100 Pa.
