院外健康管理用生理参数远程诊断和健康管理服务系统的设计与初步实现

摘　　要：本文描述了一种用于院外健康管理服务的生理参数远程诊断和健康管理服务系统的设计思路,以及根据这个思路设计的初步的系统。生理参数的检测由自主设计的生理参数远程诊断仪完成,该仪器以单片机为核心,针对院外使用环境而特别设计,可检测心电、心率、血压、血氧、体温;检测结果通过蓝牙传送到本地个人终端显示(运行ANDROID系统的手机或平板电脑),并可远程传送到网络数据库;用户和医生可随时通过健康管理服务网站调阅网络数据库中的数据,医生可查看用户的各种数据,并给出医嘱,用户可看到自己的检测结果和医嘱,而管理者能对医生和用户信息进行管理,包括增删、权限限制等。This article describes the design of physiological-parameters-basedtelediagnosis and health management service system for off hospital management and the preliminarily completed systembased on the design. Physiological parametersincludingECG,heartrate,blood pressure,spo2,body temperature can be measured and obtained with the self- designedtelediagnosis instrument which is based on microcontroller,and designed for offhospital usage. The data can be transmitted through Bluetooth and displayed on a personal terminal possibly on a mobile phone or a tablet PC running Android system. Then the data can be transferred into network- baseddatabase. Doctors or clients can login in the web site of health management service atanytime to review the data in network- based database,give or get the doctor＇s advises. The manager canmanage the information of doctors and clients by addition,deletionor authorization.
