摘　　要：目的了解1963～2012年寿光市细菌性痢疾的流行特征,为制定相关防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对1963～2012年寿光市的菌痢疫情资料进行回顾性分析。结果 1963～2012年寿光市共报告细菌性痢疾81 404例,死亡27例,各年发病率为23.60/10万～1 539.76/10万,年均发病率为171.96/10万,年均死亡率0.28/10万。男女发病性别比为1.63∶1。7～8月为发病高峰。1986～2012年,<1岁组年均发病率最高为980.96/10万,其次为1～5岁组为319.04/10万。发病的职业构成以散居儿童最多占42.23%,其次为农民占33.86%。自70年代至今,与辖区乡镇相比市区居民的发病率更高,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 50年来寿光市细菌性痢疾的发病总体呈下降趋势,但目前发病率仍维持在较高水平。Objective To understand the epidemiological features of bacillary dysentery during 1963-2012,so as to provide basis for disease control in Shouguang city. Methods The infectious diseases data collected from annual reports of Shouguang CDC during 1963-2012 were analyzed with the method of descriptive epidemiology. Results During 1963-2012,in Shouguang city,81 404 cases and 27 fatality cases were reported.The average annual incidence was 171.96/105.The average annual mortality rate was 0.28/105.The disease incidence was in the range of 23.60/105-1 539.76/105.The incidence was higher in males than in females.There was an incidence peak from July to August each year.During1986-2012,the highest incidence of age-group in bacillary dysentery was among 0-1years-old group,followed by 1-5yearsold group.Occupational composition was mainly scattered children,accounting for 42.23%,followed by farmers,accounting for 33.86%.Since the 1970＇s,Compared with rural areas the incidence in urban area was higher,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）. Conclusion The incidence rate of bacillary dysentery is in downward trend in the past 50 years.But there is still a high incidence of bacillary dysentery.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of bacillary dysentery.
