摘  要:采用炭黑在管式电池内部气化的产物作为直接碳燃料电池运行的燃料,考察了纯炭黑燃料电池;Ca(OH)2 600℃预处理,再负载Fe盐、K盐的炭黑燃料电池(预处理燃料电池;直接负载Ca(OH)2、Fe盐与K盐的炭黑燃料电池(未预处理燃料电池)的性能及其影响因素。研究发现,经过Ca(OH)2 600℃预处理,再负载Fe盐、K盐的碳基燃料电池的性能与前者相比有明显提升,在800、850、900℃下的最大功率密度分别为47.4、62.3、77.9 mW·cm-2;与未经过Ca(OH)2 600℃预处理的相比,电池在运行过程中催化剂未出现失活现象。A novel direct carbon fuel cell (DCFC) was designed and fabricated. Anode-supported tubular solid oxide fuel cells were directly operated with the gaseous products of steam gasification from carbon black which was set in the tubular solid oxide fuel cells. Experiments were carried out, which use pure carbon black, prior addition of Ca(OH)2 to carbon black for a treatment at 600 ℃ before loading the ferric nitrate(Fe(NO3)3) and potassium nitrate(KNO3), directly loading the Ca(OH)2, Fe(NO3)3 and KNO3 on the carbon black, to investigate the cell performances and effect of catalyst addition. Comparing with the pure carbon black, carbon black with prior addition of Ca(OH)2 for treatment at 600 ℃ can obviously improve the cell performance, the maximum power densities of cell are 47.4, 62.3 and 77.9 mWcm-2 at 800, 850 and 900 ℃, respectively. Furthermore, heat treatment with prior addition of Ca(OH)2 helps to reduce the deactivation of catalysts in the operation process of cell.
