摘  要:简述了聚氨酯脲的组成、结构及微相分离的特性以及选取适宜纺丝方法的必要性;介绍了两种评价聚氨酯脲可纺性的方法;分析了聚氨酯脲干法纺丝的影响因素,如拉伸黏度、相对分子质量及其分布、链段结构、甬道热量、喷丝板规格等;综述了具有低温易定型性、耐氯性、抗菌消臭、耐高温性、抗静电性等聚氨酯脲弹性纤维差别化产品的开发方向、应用领域与研究进展;指出干法纺丝制备的聚氨酯脲弹性纤维性能优异、应用广泛,提高原液浓度、稳定产品质量和开发差别化产品是未来研究的热点,具有良好的开发前景。The composition, structure and microphase separation characteristics of polyurethane urea were briefly introduced, as was the necessity of selecting an appropriate spinning process. Two methods of evaluating the spinnability of polyurethane urea were introduced. The influential factors affecting the spinning process of polyurethane urea were analyzed, such as tensile viscosi- ty, relative molecular mass and its distribution, chain structure, cabinet heat flow, spinneret specification. The development trend, application field and research progress of differential polyurethane urea elastic fiber products with low-temperature easy set- ting feature, chlorine tolerance, antibacterial and deodorizing function, high-temperature resistance or antistatic property were re- viewed. It was pointed out the polyurethane urea elastic fibers prepared by dry spinning process should be of wonderful prospects due to their excellent properties and wide application, and the research would be focused on the growth of spinning solution con- centration, stabilization of product quality and development of differential products.
