摘 要:探讨了碳纤维原丝油辊上油和油槽上油两种上油方式,分析了两种上油方式的工艺特点及其存在的不足,提出了改进措施.结果表明:改为油槽油剂罐上油工艺,控制油剂配比,减少了油剂对碳纤维原丝的不利影响,解决了碳纤维原丝的上油缺陷,上油率为1.11%~1.23%,油剂循环使用量为原来的1/2,油剂清洗时间为1~2h,可及时控制上油浓度,保证了碳纤维原丝生产中各项指标的稳定性和连续性及均一性.The oiling methods for carbon fiber precursor was discussed by using oil roller and oil groove. The process character- istics and defects of these two oiling methods were analyzed. The improvement measures were also put forward. The results showed that using a mixing tank of oil groove to control finish oil proportion was an efficient way to depress the impact of finish oil on carbon fiber precursor, solve the oiling defects, timely control the oiling concentration and ensure the stability, continuity and homogeneity of all kinds of indices of carbon fiber precursor production ; and the oil rate was 1.11% - 1.23 %, the oil amount for circulation was halved, and the oil cleaning time was 1 -2 h.
