摘 要:通过三乙醇胺、聚乙烯醇和液体石蜡对α型半水石膏性能影响的正交实验,制备出能提高α型高强石膏耐水性的复合防水剂。结果表明:TEA掺量0.227%、PVA溶液掺量0.227%、液体石蜡乳液掺量0.909%时,可制得7 d软化系数为0.468、吸水率20.42%的高强耐水石膏样品;添加复合有机物防水剂后,石膏晶体表面包覆1层薄膜,阻断了水直接对石膏样品的侵蚀,提高了石膏样品的软化系数,减小吸水率。The composite waterproofing agent,which could improve the water resistance property of α-type high-strength gypsum was prepared by an orthogonal experimental design of three organic waterproofing agents include triethanolamine,polyvinyl alcohol and paraffin wax.The results showed that:when TEA dosage was 0.227%,PVA content was 0.227%,and the content of liquid paraffin wax was 0.909%,high-strength and water resistance gypsum samples could be obtained,its 7 days softening coefficient was 0.468,water absorption rate was 20.42%.After adding compound organic waterproofing agents,gypsum crystals was coated with a film,blocking the direct erosion on gypsum samples of water,increasing the softening coefficient of gypsum samples and reducing its water absorption.
