聚氨酯复合板现抹轻质砂浆外保温系统技术分析及应用

摘　　要：对聚氨酯复合板现抹轻质砂浆外墙外保温系统的技术原理、构造、组成材料、性能、施工工艺做了介绍,并对系统技术优势进行了分析。工程应用结果表明:轻质砂浆层的设置对聚氨酯复合板外墙外保温工程的整体稳定性、安全性、耐久性等的提高具有显著作用,是一项值得推广应用的外墙外保温技术。Technology principle,technical structure,the performance of the composite material and construction process of outer-wall external thermal insulation based on rigid polyurethane foam composite board with plastering lightweight mortar were introduced,and the technical advantages in the system were analyzed.The engineering application result shows that the stability,safety and durability etc.of the exterior insulation engineering were significant increased by setting lightweight mortar layer on the outer-wall of polyurethane composite board.This external thermal insulation technology is worth popularizing and applying.
