摘 要:以凹凸棒土为增强改性剂,考察了酚醛泡沫压缩强度、导热系数及氧指数的变化,并通过SEM分析了泡孔的微观形貌与特征。结果表明,凹凸棒土表面的硅羟基与酚醛树脂的羟甲基之间可能发生醚化交联反应和氢键作用,有利于酚醛泡沫的增强。当凹凸棒土用量为20%时,酚醛泡沫的压缩强度由未改性时的89.1kPa提高到191.8kPa。作为无机改性剂,凹凸棒土还改善了酚醛泡沫的阻燃性能,氧指数由33.0%上升到39.0%,而导热系数变化不大。SEM分析表明,改性酚醛泡沫的泡孔完整,大小基本均匀。Attapulgite as reinforced modifier,the changes of compressive strength,thermal conductivity and oxygen index of insulation phenolic foam were investigated.Cell microscopic morphology and characteristics of foam were observed using scanning electron microscopic.The results showed that etherification cross-linking reaction and hydrogen bonding interactions which existed between silanols on the surface of attapulgite and hydroxy-methyl in the resin in favor of enhancing phenolic foam.When the attapulgite content was 20%,compressive strength of the foam increased from 89.1 kPa of unmodified to 191.8 kPa.As the inorganic modifier,attapulgite also improved flame resistance of foams,oxygen index rose from 33.0% to 39.0%,but thermal conductivity has small changes.SEM results showed that cell integrity,substantially uniform in size of modified phenolic foam.
