摘 要:为了研究SDG对初产奶牛产奶性能及血液生化指标的影响,试验选用初产荷斯坦奶牛36头随机均分为对照组与试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上添加SDG(按体重3.75 g/kg),连续饲喂95 d后测定产奶性能和血液生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加SDG可以使奶牛产奶量提高19.01%(P<0.05);体细胞数平均降低了31.24%(P>0.05);血清中球蛋白、总蛋白、尿素氮的含量平均值分别提高了11.19%、2.65%、17.03%(P>0.05);血清谷草转氨酶及谷丙转氨酶分别提高了32.17%、31.33%(P<0.05);血糖的含量差异不显著(P>0.05);对血清中胆固醇、游离脂肪酸、三酰甘油、肝脂酶、脂蛋白脂酶、总脂酶的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。说明奶牛饲喂SDG可显著提高产奶量,降低体细胞数量,并且促进奶牛肠道对饲料蛋白质的吸收,提高了机体对蛋白质的代谢率,提高肝脏合成蛋白质的速度和日粮蛋白的利用率。To study the effects of secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) on lactation performance and blood biochemical indices in primiparous cows, 36 primiparous Holstein cows were randomly divided into two groups including the control group and experimental group. The control group was fed basal diet, and the experimental group was fed basal diet with added SDG by weight (3.75 g/kg), and then the lactation performance and blood biochemical indices were determined after continuous feeding for 95 days. The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of SDG could increase the milk yield by 19.01% (P 〈 0.05 ); the somatic celt count in the experimental group was decreased by an average of 31.24% ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the average content levels of serum globulin, total protein, urea nitrogen in the experimental group were increased by 11.19% , 2.65% , and 17.03% (P 〉0.05) ; serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase levels in the experimental group were increased by 32.17% and 31.33 % ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the addition of SDG could improve the contents of blood glucose in the experimental cows (P 〉 0.05 ) ; SDG had no significant effect on serum cholesterol, free fatty acids, triglyceride, hepatic lipase, lipoprotein lipase, and total lipase ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results indicate that feeding dairy cows with SDG can significantly improve milk yield, and decrease the number of somatic cells, and promote intestinal absorption of protein from feed for dairy cows, and improve the metabolic rate of the body to protein, and increase the speed of protein synthesis in liver and the utilization rate of dietary protein.
