摘  要:【目的】研究基质中添加不同用量壳聚糖对番茄、甜椒穴盘育苗效果的影响,为壳聚糖在集约化育苗中的应用提供依据。【方法】以腐熟棉籽壳菇渣+草炭+蛭石(1∶1∶1,V/V)为育苗基质,设6个不同壳聚糖添加量处理,测定幼苗出苗率、株高、茎粗、地上部干重、根干重、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、根系活力、叶片脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,计算壮苗指数。【结果】壳聚糖用量4 g/L使番茄、甜椒壮苗指数分别提高33.8%和40.2%,幼苗根系活力、净光合速率和抗逆性显著增强。【结论】添加适量壳聚糖可显著促进番茄、甜椒幼苗生长,4 g/L为该试验条件下的推荐用量。[ Objective] In order to provide the basis/or proclucuon appncauons, amounts of chitosan to tomatoes and chili pepper plug seedlings were investigated. [ Method ] The compound media of mushroom residue compost, peat and vermiculite at 1: 1:1 (V/V) were used and six treatments of ch- itosan amounts were carried out, seed germination rate, plant height, stem diameter, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, root activity, proline and soluble sugar content in leaves were determined, and seedling index was compared and analyzed. [ Result ] Seedling index of tomatoes and sweet chili pepper increased by 33.8% and 40 2% at 4 g/L, respectively, and root vigor, net photosyn thesis and tolerance to stress of plug seedlings were obviously increased. [ Conclusion] Moderate application of chitosan in media could promote growth of tomatoes and sweet chili pepper seedlings significantly, and the suitable dosage was 4 g/L in this experiment.
