摘  要:[目的]揭示新疆野生阿魏侧耳种质资源的遗传多样性,为进一步驯化和保护阿魏侧耳野生资源提供基础材料和科学依据.[方法]利用RAPD分子标记技术分析32个阿魏菇菌株的遗传多样性.[结果]从28条随机引物中筛选到6条引物,共扩增出84条DNA条带,多态性条带83条,多态比率为98.8%.供试菌株两两间的相异系数从0.104 2-0.748 5,D=0.60时,32个供试菌株分为5个类群.[结论]新疆野生阿魏侧耳种质资源存在一定的遗传多样性,具有较好的驯化选育潜力和保育价值.[ Objective] The purpose of this study is to reveal the genetic diversity of wild resources ot.ferulae in Xinjiang, which would provide basic materials and scientific basis for the further breeding and pro-tecting of P. ferulae. [ Method] The genetic diversity of 32 P. ferulae strains were analyzed by RAPD molecu-lar marker technology. [ Result ]6 primers were selected from 28 random primers, and 84 DNA bands wereobtained, among 83 bands were polymorphie bands which occupied 98.8% of the total amplified bands. Clus-ter analysis showed that the 32 strains of P. ferulae could be divided into 5 groups at the level of D = 0.6. [ Conclusion ] The results showed that the natural populations of P. ferulae in Xinjiang presence of certain ge-netic diversity, and have some value for breeding and conservation.
