高血压病低盐饮食联合降压药治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨低盐饮食结合降压药物联合治疗社区中高血压病的可行性。方法：以60例社区高血压病患者作为研究对象，并将患者分为低盐饮食治疗组和正常饮食的对照组，低盐饮食治疗组需要严格控制饮食中氯化钠的含量，控制在每天4．5克，以1个月作为1个治疗周期3个月作为一个疗程进行观察，在治疗期间和治疗结束后对两组患者的血压变化进行详细记录并对比分析两组患者的治疗结果，治疗期间两组患者均结合等量的常规降压药物配合治疗。结果：低盐饮食治疗组的高血压病患者收缩压和舒张压平均下降了（8±0．2）mmHg和（5±0．2）mmHg（P〈0．05具有统计学意义）治疗效果十分显著。结论：低盐饮食能够有效降低高血压病患者的血压。可以作为联合降压药物的补充应用于高血压患者的临床治疗当中去。Objective： to explore a low salt diet combination of antihypertensive drug joint feasibility for the treatment of hypertension in the community. Methods： 60 cases of hypertension patients in community as the research object, and divided the patients into diet low in salt diet treatment group and normal control group, low salt diet treatment group need to strictly control the diet, the content of sodium chloride in control in 4.5 grams per day, in a month as a treatment period for 3 months as a course of treatment were observed, during and after the treatment of two groups of patients with blood pressure change of detailed record and analysis of two groups of patients with treatment as a result, during the treatment of two groups of patients were combined with the same amount of conventional antihypertensive drug treatment. Results; the low salt diet by high blood pressure patients in treatment group average systolic and diastolic blood pressure dropped （3 ± 0.2） mmHg and mmHg （5 ± 0.2） （P〈0.05） statistically significant treatment effect is very significant. Conclusion： low salt diet can effectively lower the blood pressure, high blood pressure patients can supplement combination antihypertensive drugs used in the clinical treatment of patients with high blood pressure.
