摘　　要：在城市群引领新型城镇化的背景下,本文依据中心地理论和位序——规模理论,以我国三大城市群和7个重点建设城市群为研究对象,进行了城市体系的首位度分析和位序——规模结构分析,在此基础上,利用城市群发展机制模型,对十大城市群发展演化进行了多元回归分析,研究表明,市场参数、政府因素、交通条件是重要的解释变量,以市场为主的社会消费总额和政府财政支出及固定资产的投资对城市体系演变影响很大,产业结构的演变和交通条件也是影响城市群城市体系演变的重要原因。最后,提出了优化中国城市群发展的政策建议。With the background of urban agglomeration＇s leading new urbanization, in the light of central place theory and rank - size rule and with the research objects of three major urban agglomeration and seven key developing urban agglomeration, analysis is made on urban cities＇ primacy ratio and rank- size structure. With this basis and the model of urban agglomeration development mechanism, multiple regression analysis is made on ten major urbans agglomeration＇s development and evolution. The research illustrates that market parameter, government factor and transporation condition are important explanatory variable; social consume amount dominated by market as well as investment of governmental expenditure and fixed assets play an important vole, besides, the development of industrial Structure and transportation condition also have great influences in the evolution of urban agglomeration system. Finally, the strategy of how to optimize China＇s urban agglomeration development is put forward.
