摘  要:在应对全球气候变动的紧迫形势下,碳排放约束生产的现象开始凸显,发展低碳经济势在必行。经济低碳化发展的核心在于提高碳生产率,本文运用Laspeyres分解法对中国碳生产率的变动情况进行解析,并以2000-2010年为样本期,定量研究了碳排放结构变动、低碳技术进步等因素对中国碳生产率变动的影响,并从行业角度对碳生产率增长波动性进行研究。分析结果表明,低碳技术进步是驱动碳生产率增长的主要原因,而不合理的碳排放结构阻碍了低碳经济的发展;具有先进低碳技术的行业部门碳排放空间不足是导致碳生产率增长缓慢根本原因。从行业角度看,各部门碳排放结构调整和低碳技术进步,对碳生产率变动贡献程度有所不同。基于此,本文提出一些简单的对策建议。In response to the urgent situation of global wanning, the development of low- carbon economy is an inevitable trend, because carbon ernission began to restrain the production. And the core of low- carbon economy is improving the carbon productivity. Using the Laspeyres index decomposition method, this paper examines the influence on the change of China's carbon productivity during the period 2000- 2010. Research results show that the level of China's carbon productivity has improved gradually in the first decade of the new century, but there exists the characteristics of non- uniform growth; the low- carbon technology progress has a positive impact on the carbon productivity growth, while the unreasonable carbon structure is negative; industrial sectors with advanced low- carbon technology can not get appropriate carbon emission space, which is the root cause d the slow growth in carbon productivity. There is a significant difference between the levels of contribution in the industrial sectors, due to the changes of the carbon emission space and low- carbon technology. Herein, some releant recorranendations are presented in the last.
