摘　　要："重农抑商"是秦王朝的根本方针,为了重农必须抑商,实抑商,社会经济与生活会受到影响。通过对相关史料梳理,我们可以发现秦王朝对私营工商业的态度比较宽容,将其纳入了国家有序发展之列。The policy of emphasizing agriculture and restraining business was the fundamental principle in the Qin Dynasty. By restraining business, the social and economic must be affected. By means of combing historical records, we can find that the attitude to the private industry and commerce in the Qin dynasty was tolerant and it was the important part of the national development.
