摘　　要：新时期媒体主持人在语言规范与语言品质上存在诸多问题,如语音不标准,表述中口误、语言暴力、断断续续、胡乱评述等,主持人只有将自己的生命灌注节目中,苦练基本功,夯实基础,遵守伦理规范,并清醒认识当前媒介环境的新变化,才能提高语言质量,迎接时代挑战。In the new era, the media host has many problems in language standardization and quality, such as not standard pronunciation, slip of tongue, language violence, off and on manner, carelessly commentary and so on. Only putting the life into the program, practicing the basic skills hard, laying a solid foundation, keeping the ethical norms in mind and having a clear awareness of the new changes of the current media environment, can the host improve the language quality and meet the challenges of the times.
