摘　　要：国家治理是一个随着经济、社会和技术的发展不断转型的过程。在当代世界,全球化、市场经济和网络化三大因素的出现使国家的概念、权力结构和在治理中的作用都发生了不同于现代国家时期的重要变化,国家治理的转型也由此开始。在国家治理的合理性、治理体制、治理理念和治理结构、治理能力等方面进行着广泛而深刻的变革,出现了新的走向和发展趋势。State governance is a process of continuing transition with economic and social development. In the contemporary world, globalization, market economy and network cause some important changes in the concept of state, the power structure and the role of State governance, which trigger a transition of State governance. Some extensive and profound changes, such as in the rationality of State governance, the governance system, the concept of governance, the structure of governance, the governance capacity, etc. was proposed and some new trends is emerging.
