摘  要:利用单因子指数法及综合污染指数法对银川市黄河湿地A区11个位点进行水质评价并与各位点水生植物分布、可培养细菌数量进行契合关系分析。发现自入水口至出水口随水流方向,各位点多项污染物浓度呈下降趋势,可培养细菌数量呈高—低—高弱变化特征。同时进行可培养细菌菌种鉴定共分离获得4属13种细菌。黄河湿地A区水生植物、可培养细菌数量、种属可影响湿地生态系统水质。Single factor index method and comprehensive pollution index method are used in this paper to evaluate thequality of water at the Yellow River Wetland in Yinchuan City. After analyzing the relationship between water quality anddistribution of aquatic plants and the number of cultivable bacteria of 1 lpoints at a zone of the Yellow River Wetland,it shows that the concentration of multiple pollutants declined at each sampling point from influent to effluent and thevariations characteristics of the number of cultivable bacteria is high-low-week. Furthermore, 4 genera and 13 strains ofbacteria were isolated and identified from cultivable bacteria. Consequently, it can be concluded that aquatic plants andthe quantity or species of cultivable bacteria may affect water quality of wetland ecosystems.
