摘　　要：安徽省作为文化资源大省,文化产业的发展取得了巨大成就,其转型升级是安徽省文化产业大发展大繁荣的必然要求。通过对安徽省文化产业发展分析得知,安徽省文化产业转型和升级应该有的放矢:加大政府政策支持、树立新型发展观念;推进产业结构调整、培育新型文化业态;促进人才培养交流、实现文化科技创新;搭建文化融资平台、加强文化互通合作。As the large province of cultural resources, the development of cultural industry in Anhui Province has made a tre- mendous progress, and its transformation and upgrade is the inevitable requirement for the further development and flourishing of the cultural industry. Based on the analysis of the development of the cultural industry, the paper puts forward that the trans- formation and upgrade of the cultural industry in the province should have a definite object： to increase government policy sup- port and establish creative concepts of development; to improve the adjustments of industrial structure and foster new cultural formats ; to promote the personnel training and exchange and achieve the cultural and technological innovation; to build cultur- al financing platforms and strengthen cultural exchange and cooperation.
