摘　　要：大学文化的实质是创新文化。马克思的科学创新精神与大学创新文化有着深厚的历史渊源和现实的内在逻辑统一性。在现代大学躯壳与创新文化传统发生裂变的今天,重温马克思科学创新精神,用它引领现代大学文化重建具有特别重要的意义。守持以人为本的理念,弘扬求真求善求美的精神,改善创新所需的基础条件,以壮士断腕的勇气除旧革新,建立以知识创新为标准的考核评价体系,以服务教学科研为宗旨的扁平式管理制度,实施法治框架中政府购买大学服务的运营模式,实行教师和学生代表自主平等的共享治理,弘扬个性、展示特色,有效形成激励创新、崇尚创新的气场,是大学文化重建的方向。The essence of university culture is innovation culture. Marx＇s innovation spirit andthe university culture share deep historical origin and realistic inner logical unity. Today when thefission occurred in the body of modern university and the tradition of innovation culture, it is ofgreat significance to review Marx＇s scientific innovation thought and lead the reconstruction of modernuniversity culture with it. Keeping the people-oriented idea, promoting the spirit of pursuing the truth,good and beauty, improving the basic conditions for innovation, with great courage to remove oldideas, establishing evaluation system based on knowledge innovation, carrying out the operation mode ofgovernment purchase of university services under law framework , implementing equal shared governanceby teachers and students, promoting individuality, displaying characteristics, forming effective incentiveinnovation, advocating innovation aura, which is the direction of the university cultural reconstruction.
