摘　　要：做强资产管理业务,对券商营造新的盈利模式、构建核心竞争力起到至关重要的作用。近年来,券商资管业务的发展环境发生了深刻的变化,券商资产规模也得到了快速的发展壮大。但是,其市场份额仍然相对较低,行业影响力有限,同时存在着资管业务发展结构不均衡,通道业务比重较大的问题。本文在分析证券公司资产管理业务发展的环境变化基础上,对券商资管业务发展的主要问题和风险进行分析,分别从监管部门与券商的角度提出推动资管业务进一步健康发展的对策建议。Strengthen asset management business （＂AMB＂） is vital for securities companies to build a new profit model and corecompetence. The development environment of AMB has changed greatly and the asset sizes of securities companies have grownrapidly in recent years. However, the market share of AMB is still relatively low with limited industry impact. In the meantime,there is a problem that the development structure of AMB is disequilibrium and channel business takes very high proportion. Onthe basis of environmental change analysis of AMB development, this paper analyzes the main problems and risks of AMB, andpresents policy suggestions on promoting further development of AMB.
