我国民办院校特色现状调查分析及思考

摘　　要：民办院校特色呈现出以下趋势:办学理念强调以特色求发展;人才培养注重实践教学模式;管理体制实施校长负责制;学校采取多渠道争取生源;学校区域化发展战略;科学研究注重自身研究。调查结果也显示民办院校特色存在口号化色彩浓厚、特色趋同、资源配置不足、特色缺乏长远规划等问题。Characteristics of private-owned colleges present a tendency of diversity：adhering to seeking development with its own feature;focusing on cultivating students ’ practical ability;implementing the president responsibility system;adopting multi-channelfor students;carrying out regional strategy;paying attention to their own study. Survey shows that they regard characteristics of private-owned colleges as a mere slogan, characteristics are identical,resource allocation quantity is low and lack of long-term planning on characteristic construction, etc.
