摘　　要：中外合作办学是我国高等教育的有益补充和重要组成部分,在办学规模、分布地域、办学方式上呈现出一定的发展规律,也显现出了发展失衡、主权归属、政策保障、教学方式上的问题。建议通过增强宏观调控、完善政府政策、改变教学管理、增强合作交流等解决对策,促进中外合作办学会更加健康、有序发展。Chinese-foreign cooperation developed swiftly in China ,which is the beneficial supplement and essential component of national higher education in China. A particular rule of development is presented in the aspects of school scales,distributed regions,and ways of running schools. At the meanwhile,the issues on imbalance of de-velopment,sovereignty belonging,policy guarantee and teaching patterns emerge,and which can be solved through enhancing macroscopical regulation ,perfecting governmental policies ,changing teaching patterns and strengthening communication and exchange ,etc. It is believed that the career of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools will be developing more healthily and orderly.
